Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and design the Employee Relations function and strategic
roadmap
Conduct investigations into workplace matters and document
findings
Provide consultation and coaching to People Partners and managers
on employee behavior and policy violations
Required Qualifications
General knowledge of all functional areas in HR
Experience building an Employee Relations function
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Exceptional organization and project management skills
High degree of integrity in handling sensitive information
