A company is looking for a People Analytics Manager to transform
raw people data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and extract actionable
insights
Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to support
business initiatives
Collaborate with business leaders to identify key metrics that
align with business strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, Economics, or
Statistics preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting business
decision-making with reporting and analysis
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI
Experience with Python or R is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
simultaneously
