Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Product Manager for
Monetization within the Growth department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned
with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Growth PMs focused on
monetization initiatives
Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion
rates and customer lifetime value (cLTV)
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in
monetization
Experience leading multiple product teams
Proven track record of growing revenue for a sizable product line
or business
Strong analytical decision-making skills
Demonstrated excellence in managing diverse stakeholders, including
peers and executive leadership
