Key Responsibilities
Guide data science projects from data validation to model
deployment and monitoring
Coach and mentor data scientists to align goals with company
strategy
Manage the data science team, ensuring successful project delivery
and resource management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of practical experience in data science and machine
learning, including deep learning and natural language
processing
3+ years of experience in a data science management role
Proven ability to drive initiatives and manage cross-team
projects
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industries is
preferred
Commitment to integrity in leadership and high performance
standards
