Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SIU to develop and
manage strategic fraud, waste, and abuse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate department policies and ensure compliance while enhancing
processes
Lead investigations of fraud, waste, and abuse referrals and
develop customized fraud plans
Prepare audits and reports, and participate in state and federal
meetings as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Criminal Justice, or a
related field
6+ years of experience in medical claim investigation, compliance,
or fraud and abuse
Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a
managed care environment
Experience supervising staff, including hiring and performance
management
Preferred medical records, fraud investigation, or coding
license
