manage recovery projects.
Key Responsibilities
Define recovery processes and assign roles to address service
disruptions
Communicate business impacts to executive leadership and document
disruptions
Streamline processes for efficiency and enhance cross-functional
communication
Required Qualifications
BS in Business Management or equivalent
Three or more years of experience in project management or service
delivery
Experience in Benefits Administration, Insurance, or Finance
industry
Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively
Self-driven with strong organizational skills
