• BLS - Basic Life Support certification required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure certification required for certain units
  • Job Details
  • Minimum Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois. One (1) year of critical care nursing experience in an acute care setting or 6 months of interventional radiology nursing experience. Must meet the Physical and Environmental Demands to work as a Radiology Nurse, including wearing a lead apron weighing approximately 15lbs., pushing and pulling greater than 20lbs.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a college or university. Certification in clinical area desirable. One (1) year experience in Trauma/ER nursing experience.

    • Must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

      • Government-Issued photo ID required. Color or B&W acceptable. Must be clear and legible
      • Refer to UD/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit
      • All Nursing and Tech positions require specific certifications
      • Physical Exam within 12 months start, and updated annually
