In addition, providing customer service to customers, such as Price and Delivery, RMA coordination and customer complaint resolution etc. through "800" technical telephone lines and emails. Communicates professionally to customers and employees. In addition, you will be trusted to attend trade shows, seminars, or Motor / Motion Fairs. Interact with sales representatives to keep account activities. Make presentations to customers, distributors, or employees as required. Assist staff member technical training.
