Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inquiry Response Representative I to
prospect, qualify, and transfer new students to Admission
Counselors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier customer service as the first contact for new
student prospects
Maintain university key performance indicators and uphold policies
with integrity
Manage sensitive client information and maintain good product
knowledge
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment
Familiarity with web-based applications and Microsoft Windows
Knowledge or experience in call center technology
