Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Specialist to enhance user engagement and convert them to long-term
subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex data and refine experiments to improve conversion
rates
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the user experience and
optimize the app funnel
Engage with 600K users monthly to promote product usage and
subscription conversion
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a related field
Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing
Experience with data analytics principles and practices
Knowledge of subscription-based B2C company models
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated
