Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate in Agency and Trustee Services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing business leads to maximize revenue growth
Research and analyze market trends and client needs to enhance market share
Engage with clients and stakeholders to propose tailored solutions and enhance the client experience

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry
Basic understanding of loan and bond markets
Self-motivation and effective time management skills
Proficiency in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office package
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
