Job Description:
We're searching for an enthusiastic Business Development
Representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll
be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales
funnel, assessing client's wants and needs, and continuously
following up to ensure a successful sale. We support our sales team
with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation
to ensure your success. Job seekers should be motivated
self-starters with superior communication, customer service, and
interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is a driven professional
who excels at consultative selling and relationship building.
Compensation:
--- $60,000 + excellent commissions potential
Responsibilities:
--- Identify new business opportunities and pursue sales leads,
prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline
from qualification to close stages.
--- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to
identify decision makers, pain points, competition, budget,
timeline, and other potential obstacles.
--- Source land for potential clients via on and off-market
channels.
--- Promote the company across all social media outlets and assist
in the creation of social media content.
--- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of
communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate
qualified leads.
--- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can
access current information on all leads.
--- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to
ensure they are being met.
Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree is
preferred.
--- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a
sales position or related field.
--- Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by
car.
--- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software.
--- Familiarity with local area real estate market conditions and
current real estate trends.
--- Strong time management skills, negotiation skills,
communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal
skills.
--- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation
toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines.
