Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of E-Commerce to oversee its
merchandising strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy
Lead product/SKU selection and optimize site design for engagement
and conversions
Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform
decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of managing eCommerce operations, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role
Proven track record of driving growth through effective
merchandising strategies
Proficiency in merchandising software and data analytics
platforms
