A company is looking for an Alt Investment Call Center Representative to support client operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate processes to meet business goals
Provide outsourced operational support and ensure quality service delivery
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and document verification

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in client relations
Basic knowledge of operational procedures and concepts
Able to work with software and internet applications
Experience with back office processes and accounting support
Familiarity with administrative and data organizing skills
