Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist in Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor compliance analysts, ensuring effective audit preparation and execution
Manage external audits for SOC 2 and ISO certifications, including documentation and control owner preparation
Maintain compliance program documentation and facilitate regular management reviews

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance and controls programs
Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS and/or Azure
Advanced knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 frameworks
Experience leading internal and external audits
Familiarity with OSCAL is preferred
