Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Support Specialist
responsible for researching tolling and violation customer service
disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve complex customer service cases related to
tolls and violations
Review and respond to written inquiries from vehicle renters and
associated agencies
Track service inquiry trends and assist with customer service calls
as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
2+ years of experience in an administrative, research, customer
service, or transaction processing role
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Products (including Outlook and
Excel)
Ability to analyze data to resolve complex issues
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and personal initiative
related to customer service
