  • You are not a lonely rider: You are part of a global community of Analytics experts exchanging knowledge.The work:You will be a trusted advisor for leadership and enable them with business insights to drive profitable sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Lead an Analytics team in providing stakeholders with insights on our sales performance & Independently deliver in a global environment.
    • Partner with other Sales Excellence people and with internal clients to confirm business priorities, define success criteria, and measure outcomes.
    • Help evolve Sales Excellence tools and champion their use by leadership and account teams. Basic Qualifications:
      • Minimum of 5 years of analytics work in Sales, Pricing, Finance or Management Consulting.
      • Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications:
        • Understanding of Accenture sales process & systems, business mode
        • English language fluency (oral and written)
        • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
        • Intermediate skills in business analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI)
        • Experience in analytics in Sales, Pricing, Finance or a related field
        • Experience working with senior leadership and creating executive-level briefings
        • Experience managing and motivating a virtual team in a global environment
        • Excellent oral & written communications skills
        • Accuracy & attention to detail; ability to prioritize own workload and manage downstream stakeholders and resources
        • Quality assurance/thoroughness
        • Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter (see the need before it is known)
        • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment Professional Skills:
          • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian. You may also need:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
